The REAL Lancet Fluke & Explanation

The plot of CB revolves around a very real fluke. Not as crazy and apocalyptic as on here but still very real. Lancet fluke is exchanged through insects like snails>ants>cows/sheep/goats etc. Lancet fluke has this mind control kind of thing that makes the ants go suicidal and wait for itself to be eaten. Since their considered 'brain dead' at this point they are considered zombies if you look at it in a certain context. However on this site I made the Lancet fluke alot more rapid because it's been contaminated by unknown sources. Then went from ant>goat>person. Usually Lancet fluke is rare in people but it still can get exchanged to a person.

When the rabid contaminated version of Lancet fluke got into the people of this RPG it made them act strange and gradually made them brain dead and suicidal. kindoflikeinthatonemovie._. When the scientists began looking for a cure and chemicals got mixed and the place of research went up in flames everything went wrong. Bugs got into the building, spread it to each other and the same fungus now contaminated, and mutated by chemicals eventually got back to the people. The fungus was overwhelming to the people it infected and ended up killing them. With the host dead, the fluke still lived. But instead of moving on, they began to adapt to their new lifestyle and changed up there motives. Raising the dead host and turning them into what most call 'rage' zombies. Doing whatever need be to survive.
